Pronomade(s) — 27th Season (2026)

The 27th season of Pronomade(s) in Haute-Garonne takes place from May to December 2026, in two parts:

• First part (spring-summer): from Saturday, May 9 to Sunday, July 12, 2026 — seven invited companies, seven universes, outdoor shows in the south of Haute-Garonne.
• Second part (autumn-winter): from August 30 to December 13, 2026 — detailed program published at the start of the academic year on pronomades.org.

An itinerant season in Comminges and Volvestre

For this 27th edition, Pronomade(s) confirms its formula: not a festival concentrated over a few days but a spread-out season, which spreads across more than 25 rural communes in the south of Haute-Garonne — Marignac, Saint-Gaudens, Mancioux, Carbonne, Martres-Tolosane, Barbazan, Cazaunous, L'Isle-en-Dodon, Proupiary, and many other villages.

Shows, free admission and reservation

Almost all shows are free and take place outdoors (village squares, lake shores, market halls, bistros). Some limited-capacity proposals require prior reservation. The complete program, schedules, and reservation procedures are published on pronomades.org.

First part of the season — Spring-Summer 2026 (from May 9 to July 12)

May

• Saturday, May 9 — Marignac · En attendant le grand soir (Compagnie Le Doux Supplice) — Circus, dance, and popular ball. A creation bringing together eight artists and a DJ who blend tango, rondeau, rock, and waltz through acrobatics and choreographies. Opening show of the 27th season. Duration 1h30, free.
• Saturday, May 16 — Mancioux · Aimons-nous vivants (MMFF — Mathieu Ma Fille Foundation, Arnaud Saury) — Duo between an actor and a circus artist on a 5.50 m Chinese pole.
• Sunday, May 17 — Carbonne · Aimons-nous vivants (MMFF).
• May — Saint-Gaudens · R·ONDE·S (Compagnie Dernière Minute).
• Friday, May 29 — Martres-Tolosane · La Madone des égouts (Compagnie Rouge / Esope, Laure Rossi) — Street theater solo, both trashy and tender.

June

• Friday, June 5, Saturday, June 6, and Sunday, June 7, 6 PM — Barbazan, in front of the lake · Naïade (Compagnie Out of the Blue) — 2026 Creation: four acrobatic freedivers perform in a glass aquarium. Free show with reservation — sold out (750 seats sold out before opening, waiting list possible by email).
• Wednesday, June 17, 7 PM — Cazaunous, Sarramédan hill (route d'Arguenos, 31160) · Amours (Muchmuche Company) — Show exploring love in all its forms. Approximately 1 hour duration, from 12 years old. Free.
• Saturday, June 27, 11 AM — L'Isle-en-Dodon · Barrez (Compagnie C'hoari) — Breton choreography specifically designed for a bar counter. Free.

July

• Friday, July 3, 7 PM — Proupiary · A String Section (Reckless Sleepers) — Female quintet sawing the legs of the chairs they are sitting on, without ever getting up, transforming their position into a precarious ritual. Free.
• Until Sunday, July 12 · La Jurassienne de Réparation (Théâtre Group') — Mechanical theater: mechanics work on their van and trailer, diagnosing a breakdown and its repair live, while a gallery of funny, pathetic, and moving skits unfolds in the background.

Second part of the season — Autumn-Winter 2026 (from August 30 to December 13)

• 27th season of France's only CNAREP located in a rural area
• More than 60 performances in 25+ communes in Comminges and Volvestre
• 7 companies invited for the first part of the season (May-July)

• Highly anticipated creation: Naïade (Out of the Blue) — 4 acrobatic freedivers in a glass aquarium, in front of Lake Barbazan, June 5-7 (sold out)
• Shows in unusual locations: lakeside, bistro counters, hillside, village squares
• Renewed support from the Departmental Council of Haute-Garonne and DRAC Occitanie

Location and Access

Pronomade(s) is an itinerant season: performances are given in about twenty communes in the south of Haute-Garonne (Comminges and Volvestre). The administrative headquarters are located in Encausse-les-Thermes:

Most shows are free and outdoors. Some proposals may require prior reservation (especially for shows with limited capacity), sometimes with free participation or a modest fee.
