An eco-festival by the Cusancin

The Zik en Terre Festival was born from the desire of the association Gaïa Rencontres et Cultures to offer a committed and environmentally friendly musical event. Located on the Pipes Ropp site, a former rehabilitated industrial wasteland by the Cusancin river in Baume-les-Dames, the festival offers an ideal natural and bucolic setting for open-air musical encounters.

Music, jazz, and sonic discoveries

The Zik en Terre musical program features jazz, world music, and improvised music. Each edition offers a rich and varied sonic palette, blending jazz, fusion, folk, hip-hop, ska, and traditional music. Bands like Potlatch or other regional and national groups perform on stage, offering warm and intimate concerts.

Beyond the concerts, the festival offers participatory music workshops, storytelling, and activities that invite the public to become active participants in the celebration.

A concrete ecological commitment

Zik en Terre stands out for its strong and coherent ecological approach. Information and awareness stands are present throughout the day, addressing concrete themes:

Visitors are encouraged to come by bike via the cycle path along the Cusancin, reinforcing the event's eco-responsible dimension.
