About Bandol Circus
Bandol Circus is the circus and street theatre festival held in Bandol, in the Var region. Organised by the City, the Casino de Bandol, and Chafadou Production during the All Saints' school holidays, the event features acrobats, clowns, magic, aerial performances, and street parades across the town centre's streets, squares, and parks. Daily workshops, face painting, and introductory trapeze sessions are available. The 2024 and 2025 editions are free and open to all ages, with some performances requiring registration.

Bandol Circus — edition 2026
No dates or program have been published for the 2026 edition of Bandol Circus. As of mid-August 2026, the City of Bandol, which organizes the festival in partnership with the Casino de Bandol and Chafadou Production, has made no announcements: their online calendar, which runs through November 27, 2026, does not mention the festival, and the tourist office is still displaying the 2025 dates.

The dates listed on this page for 2026 are not based on any official publication from the organizers. The two previous editions took place from Thursday to Sunday during the All Saints' holidays: October 24 to 27, 2024, for the first, and October 23 to 26, 2025, for the second.
When information is released: previous years
In 2025, the City added the festival to its online calendar on August 29 and posted the event poster on the same day; the municipal magazine for September-October, published on August 27, featured an article and a calendar entry for it. The official announcement followed on September 26, after a press presentation, and the detailed program was released on September 29. In 2024, the poster was released on September 18 and the program on October 7.
The festival's Instagram account has not posted anything since October 2025.

Admission
The 2024 and 2025 editions are free and open to all ages. Some shows require registration. No information is available for 2026.
Access
By train: The Bandol SNCF station is located on the edge of the town centre, a 15-minute walk away. It does not serve TGV trains and is on the TER Marseille – Toulon – Hyères line.
By bus: Four intercity lines serve the Bandol districts year-round. Urban transport is managed by the Communauté d’agglomération Sud Sainte Baume (04 94 98 26 60).
By car: Surface car parks at the Casino (335 spaces), Central (373 spaces), and the Stadium (135 spaces) charge by the hour; a temporary car park at the stadium (161 spaces) is free year-round. Two underground car parks are available: La Tuilerie (90 spaces) and 11 Novembre (180 spaces for light vehicles and 20 for motorcycles). The first hour is free from April 1st to October 31st.

Four days of circus in the streets of Bandol
Bandol Circus takes place outdoors in the town centre, transforming streets, squares, and green spaces into a stage for four days during the All Saints' holidays. The programme includes street parades, acrobats, clowns, magic, and aerial acts, alongside daily workshops, face painting, and introductory trapeze sessions for both children and adults. The festival is organised by the City of Bandol, the Casino de Bandol, and Chafadou Production, and is free to the public, though some shows require prior registration.
Previous editions
Bandol Circus debuted from October 24 to 27, 2024. The second edition took place from October 23 to 26, 2025, and was presented to the press on September 26. The programme featured the Santa Muerte parade by Planète Vapeur, Immobiles by Les hommes de mains, Mortem by La Divine Usine (registration required), Frigo (opus 2) by Dis bonjour à la dame, Le Cirque à Momo, Tout Fou Tout Fly, Magic Mouss, Les Baudrières, La Tête en l’air, Le Petit Kamishibaï du frisson, Pinokio, C’est la vie, and the grand parade Microcosmos – les insectes fantastiques. Performances were held at Place de la Liberté, Place Lucien Grillon, Place Xavier Suquet, Place des Libérateurs Africains, Square Bir-Hakeim, the port carousel, the central beach green space, and the Théâtre Jules Verne.
