Rock, punk and metal festival made in Franche-Comté in Valentigney
The BockSons Festi'Val is a rock, punk, and metal festival held annually in early June at the Longines site in Valentigney, in the Doubs (25). Born in 2016 from an initiative by Mayor Philippe Gautier to promote local brewers and restaurateurs, the event became the BockSons Festi'Val as we know it today in 2018, with approximately 6,000 festival-goers for its first edition.
Since 2022, the festival has been run by the Unis Vers Val association, supported by approximately 80 volunteers during the festival weekend. Two stages host national and international artists as well as emerging bands from the region.
One of BockSons' trademarks: « from brewers to bands, including volunteers and even soft drinks, everything (or almost everything) is Made in Franche-Comté ». The festival hosts a dozen craft breweries and regional food trucks, making it a cultural and economic event for the Pays de Montbéliard region.
BockSons is committed to an environmental approach: free Évolity bus shuttles for festival-goers, reusable ecocups, selective sorting on site. The proximity of the Doubs reinforces the organization's sensitivity to the preservation of local biodiversity.
The BockSons Festi'Val 2026 will be held on June 5 and 6, 2026 at the Longines site in Valentigney (25). For its new edition, the rock, punk, and metal festival made in Franche-Comté offers two days of concerts on two stages, with 16 bands including headliners Les Ramoneurs de Menhirs (Friday) and Les Wampas (Saturday).
