ℹ️ Event on hold — last documented edition in July 2015. At the time of our editorial review (May 2026), the official festival website displays a "temporary closure" message, the Les RV de Grospierres association's website has not been updated since 2014/2015, and no public source (local press, town hall, tourist office, Ardèche cultural agenda, ticketing) mentions an upcoming edition. This page is kept for archival purposes. If the festival were to resume, please do not hesitate to inform us via the "Suggest a modification" button.
The Eden 7estival was born in July 2015 from the passion of a group of music and theater enthusiasts gathered within the association Les RV de Grospierres, founded in June 2014. The ambition was to create an unprecedented rock event in this village in southern Ardèche, between the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the Cévennes. The first (and to date only) documented edition was held on July 4 and 5, 2015, at the Parc du Château de Bournet.
The Eden 7estival program honored rock in all its forms: classic rock, blues rock, punk rock, alternative rock, and amplified music. The 2015 edition brought together about ten bands in non-stop over two days — including Jerry T, Les Toon's, Furious Zoo, Sed Lex, Laemys, Seventiz's, The Foxy Ladies, Du bruit dans les caves, Urgent, and Paranoid Cats. The festival prioritized discovery by programming both local Ardèche bands and regional and national acts, in a spirit of sharing and conviviality.
Grospierres is a village located in southern Ardèche, near remarkable natural sites such as the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Bois de Païolive, and the region's caves. The festival took place outdoors, at the Parc du Château de Bournet, allowing festival-goers to enjoy the Mediterranean setting and the typical limestone landscapes of this part of Ardèche. The relaxed and family-friendly atmosphere made it a human-scale event, far from large industrial festivals.
The festival offered on-site catering as well as a refreshment stand throughout the event. The volunteer organizers made it a point of honor to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, true to the associative spirit that animated the project. The Eden 7estival aimed to be a meeting place for music enthusiasts, artists, and residents of the Ardèche region.
