The electro festival of Lac du Der
Electroder is the summer meeting point for electronic music lovers by the Lac du Der, the largest artificial lake in France. Since its creation, this open-air festival has forged a strong identity by offering a unique experience: dancing with your feet in the sand to electro rhythms with a breathtaking view of the lake.
An exceptional natural setting
The beaches of Giffaumont-Champaubert offer an idyllic setting for this summer festival. Lac du Der-Chantecoq, with its 4,800 hectares, is a spectacular natural backdrop. The festival takes place during the day, from noon to 9 PM, allowing festival-goers to enjoy the sun, the beach, and the music in a relaxed and festive atmosphere.
A varied electronic program
The festival's program brings together about ten DJs from neighboring departments and from all over France. The musical styles cover a wide spectrum of electronic music: electro-house, techno, hardstyle, and jumpstyle. More than nine hours of non-stop music are offered to festival-goers, from early afternoon until sunset.
A family and festive spirit
Supported by the association Der Animation and its president Pierre Schmit, Electroder aims to be a family-friendly event accessible to all. Admission is free, and the organizers' goal is simple: for everyone to come and have fun. Swimming is prohibited in the festival area for safety reasons.
