About Embranchements Festival

Embranchements is a festival dedicated to trees, founded in Nancy in 2013. Held roughly every four years (with editions in 2013, 2017, and 2022), it transforms the Parc de la Pépinière with a program that blends art, poetry, science, and technology, all centered around the park's own trees.

For several days, the festival opens the park to the general public, featuring exhibitions, sound installations, light displays, and outdoor screenings. It also brings together green space managers, arborists, researchers, and local authorities for an international symposium focused on the management and preservation of trees in urban environments.
