Festiland becomes Nostresse Festival: the electro fever in Ernée
Born in 2024 from Cédric Boitière's passion for electronic music, Festiland is a dance, techno, and electro festival that has made its home at the Moto Club d'Ernée site, in the Vahais du Milieu area. Supported by the Simaustin association, this festival makes the Mayenne countryside vibrate to the sound of turntables and bass.
A first edition under the deluge
The first edition of Festiland took place on September 7, 2024. Despite torrential rain, more than 1,000 festival-goers braved the weather to attend this grand premiere. Surrounded by about sixty volunteers, Cédric Boitière orchestrated an event that left a lasting impression and proved the demand for an electro festival in Mayenne.
An open-air site at the Moto Club
Choosing the Moto Club d'Ernée site provides an original and spacious setting for the festival. This open-air space, usually dedicated to motocross, transforms for one evening into an open-sky party ground, featuring:
- A main stage with a sound and light show
- 8 live artists scheduled per edition
- A campsite on-site for festival-goers
- Entertainment and a bar throughout the event
2025 Edition: international headliners
For its second edition on September 13, 2025, Festiland made a strong statement by booking internationally renowned artists such as Floorfilla (DJ Cerla & Momo B) and Dhany, the iconic voice of the Benassi Bros. The festival thus confirms its ambitions by blending big names from the European electro scene with local talent.
2026: Festi'land becomes Nostresse Festival
For its third edition, the festival is changing its name and season: Festi'land becomes Nostresse Festival, and the event moves from September to Saturday, May 30, 2026. Another new feature announced by Cédric Boitière: an earlier opening time at 3 PM, to "take our time, enjoy the music leisurely while playing palets," before a night that lasts until 3 AM.
A festival driven by volunteers
The festival is, above all, a human adventure. The Simaustin association brings together electronic music enthusiasts who volunteer to keep it alive—there are 70 of them in 2026. The festival focuses on conviviality and community spirit, with a campsite that allows festival-goers to extend the experience until the early morning.
