Festival de Domaize: contemporary music in the heart of rural Auvergne

Created in 2003, the Festival de Domaize had established itself as one of the most significant musical events in the Auvergne region, thanks to an original program focused on emerging trends. Organized by the Do Mais En Corps association, this contemporary music festival aimed to develop the cultural and musical offering in rural areas, in the small commune of Domaize, in the heart of Puy-de-Dôme.

A unique format

The Festival de Domaize stood out for its two-part format:

• Free thematic day: entertainment, musical discoveries, and cultural activities with free access for all audiences
• Open-air concert evening: paid program bringing together established artists and discoveries from the contemporary scene

An avant-garde program

The festival was renowned for its ability to unearth promising artists. Among the artists who graced the Domaize stage were:
