Livres à Vous Festival

A literary festival in the heart of the Pays voironnais

The Livres à Vous festival was born from the desire to make literature a living and accessible art for all. Organized every year in November, it takes over various cultural venues in the Pays voironnais for five days: media libraries, bookstores, performance halls, schools, and public spaces. The festival is hosted by Le Grand Angle, the inter-municipal performance venue of the Pays voironnais, which oversees its artistic direction and organization.

Renowned authors and discoveries

Each edition revolves around two guests of honor whose literary universe permeates the entire program. Around them, about thirty authors sharing their artistic sensibility are invited to participate in the festival. Novelists, poets, children's authors, illustrators, comic artists, and essayists mingle to offer the public a broad and stimulating panorama of contemporary literary creation.

Much more than just literature

The uniqueness of Livres à Vous lies in its transdisciplinary approach. Beyond author meetings and signing sessions, the festival explores all artistic fields related to literature:

This philosophy of openness is also reflected in particular attention to the young audience, with workshops, shows, and activities specially designed for children and teenagers.
