The Festival XXXV (pronounced "festival du 35") is an annual musical event organized by the Pan! association at the locality La Rebintenais, in Guipry-Messac in Ille-et-Vilaine (35). The festival takes place on the site of the eco-place Le Louxor, in a rural and friendly setting typical of the south of the department.
The particularity of XXXV is its "All Inclusive" formula: a single price gives access to all concerts, to the homemade meal prepared on site, to drinks, to on-site camping for the night, as well as to breakfast the next morning. A human-scale, activist, and ecological festival approach, driven by a passionate collective.

The 8th edition of Festival XXXV will take place on Saturday, May 30, 2026 at Louxor, in La Rebintenais (Guipry-Messac, 35). A day and evening of concerts with BRAZZIER, Dentdelion, Mary Bell, Mina Raayeb, Suzanne, and Colorado Nelson, followed by DJ sets from the Catalytic Crew collective. As every year, Festival XXXV offers its signature “All Inclusive” formula: a single ticket gives access to all concerts, a homemade meal prepared on site with local producers, drinks served at the festival bar, a camping spot for the night from Saturday to Sunday, as well as breakfast the next morning. No extra costs to expect once on site.
The Louxor site
The festival takes place on the site of the eco-place Le Louxor, in La Rebintenais (municipality of Guipry-Messac), a rural space that hosts concerts, dances, screenings, and artistic residencies throughout the year. The site has an open-air stage area and a dedicated camping ground for festival-goers.

Access
The festival takes place at the locality La Rebintenais, 35480 Guipry-Messac, on the Le Louxor site. Guipry-Messac is located approximately 45 km south of Rennes, accessible via the N137 then the D772. The commune is also served by the TER Rennes-Redon line (Messac-Guipry station).
Accommodation
The festival offers an on-site camping pitch, included in the price. Tents can be pitched on the designated area.
Catering
A homemade meal and drinks are included in the festival pass ("All Inclusive" formula). Breakfast the next day is also served on site.
