The City of Champigny-sur-Marne celebrates the Fête de la Musique 2026 with the 3rd edition of the World Cuisines & Music Festival, on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at Place du Marché in the city center. The event, which has become an unmissable gathering since 2024, highlights Champigny's multicultural richness through music, dance, and international gastronomy.

- 3:00 PM — Festival opening, setup of world cuisine stands
- 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM — Associative stage: demonstrations of dances, music, and songs from the Malian (ABKF), Franco-Tamil, Polish (ACLFP94), Vietnamese, Turkish, Kabyle (Timlilit), and Portuguese (APSCR) communities
- 7:30 PM — Mayor's speech
- 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM — Live concerts: local amateur bands (pop, folk, blues, jazz, French songs)

The World Cuisines & Music Festival, Place du Marché
Launched in 2024, the World Cuisines & Music Festival has become the unmissable event of Champigny's Fête de la Musique. It traditionally takes place on the Saturday closest to June 21st in Place du Marché, in the city center. Throughout the afternoon and evening, local cultural associations — Malian (ABKF), Franco-Tamil, Polish (ACLFP94), Vietnamese, Turkish, Kabyle (Timlilit), Portuguese (APSCR) communities and others — offer dances, songs, and culinary specialties from their countries of origin.
In the evening, local amateur groups take over with a varied repertoire (pop, folk, blues, jazz, French songs), before a live DJ accompanied by a singer extends the celebration late into the night.
The Olivier-Messiaen Conservatory and other venues in the city
The municipal Olivier-Messiaen Conservatory, the city's main artistic education institution (music, dance, theater), regularly participates in June's musical celebrations with student and ensemble concerts open to the public. Other Champigny venues like the café-concert Au Belvédère (avenue Jean-Jacques Rousseau, in the Cœuilly district) also host concerts for the Fête de la Musique.
