The National Holiday in La Courneuve: Fireworks at Stade Géo André

Every July 13th, the town of La Courneuve (93120) celebrates the National Holiday with a pyrotechnic show at Stade Géo André. The fireworks, launched at 10 PM, bring together thousands of residents in this emblematic stadium of the town for a moment of celebration and republican fraternity.

Stade Géo André: A Sporting Heritage

Stade Géo André is the main sports facility in La Courneuve. Named after the French Olympic champion André Géo André (1889-1943), a medalist at the 1912 Olympic Games, it regularly hosts sports competitions and cultural events. For July 14th, its grounds and surroundings are transformed into a festive space for the pyrotechnic show that concludes the republican celebration.
