Every July 13th evening, the town of Rosny-sous-Bois (93110) offers its residents a festive and republican evening at the Town Hall parking lot. Under the inventive name Bal popul'R — a nod to the town's name —, this popular festival brings together Rosny residents of all ages to celebrate the eve of the National Holiday in a warm musical atmosphere.

The program opens at 7:30 PM with the All Star Orchestra, which kicks off the festivities with an accessible and lively repertoire designed to get everyone moving. At 11 PM, the pyrotechnic show lights up the sky of Rosny-sous-Bois: this is the highlight of the evening, eagerly awaited by the thousands of spectators gathered in and around the parking lot. After the fireworks, the party continues until 1 AM with DJ Redwan at the decks, for a final hour of dancing before the festivities end.

Accessibility

Rosny-sous-Bois is accessible from Paris via the RER E (Rosny-sous-Bois or Val de Fontenay station) and by the tramway T1. The Town Hall parking lot is in the town center, a few minutes' walk from public transport.
