The flower parade: highlight of the festival

The flower parade is the highlight of the Marvejols Votive Festival. On August 15th, flower-decorated floats parade through the town's streets starting at 4 PM, accompanied by brass bands, dance groups, and the reigning Miss Lozère. A second evening parade, illuminated and magical, is organized at 9 PM, offering an enchanting spectacle in the alleys of the medieval city.

Guinguette evenings and fireworks

The evenings are marked by the "Aux P'tits Oignons" guinguettes set up on the Esplanade, where you can enjoy music, dancing, and local specialties in a friendly atmosphere. The climax of the festival is the grand fireworks display fired from the Pineton stadium, visible from many points in the town.

Access

By car: Marvejols is located on the N88, about 30 minutes from Mende. From the A75 motorway, take exit 39 towards Marvejols.

By train: Marvejols station, served by the Clermont-Ferrand – Béziers line (ligne des Causses).

Prices

Street events, the flower parade, and fireworks are free to access. The election of Mister Lozère is ticketed (€8 adults, €4 children under 16).
