The Foire de la Mi S'tembre is a large traditional fair held annually in mid-September in Bletterans, in the heart of the Bresse jurassienne. The Bletterans town hall has announced five days of festivities from Friday, September 11 to Tuesday, September 15, 2026, under the theme "Bletterans under the Tropics". This theme inspires the opening dinner dance on Friday evening under the covered market and the associations' parade on Saturday.

Events are spread across several locations in the town: Rue Louis-le-Grand for the merchants' fair and flea market, the Demi-Lune Cultural Center for the book fair, Salle de la Bressane and Salle Jeanne Blanc for arts and crafts exhibitions, Salle de la Tourniole for the Croqueuses de Pommes and Histoire Bresse Seille associations, the covered market for the Club Rétro Jura Bresse and the gourmet market, the village hall for agricultural contests, the municipal stadium for fireworks, and Place du Colombier for the funfair.
