Idéklic 2026 — 36th Edition, « Landscapes! »

The Idéklic Festival returns from Wednesday, July 8 to Saturday, July 11, 2026 in Moirans-en-Montagne, the toy capital, for its 36th edition. An international festival for children and youth, Idéklic offers a dual program of performances and artistic workshops for children, from birth to adolescence, in the village's streets, gardens, and halls, over four days.

The central theme of the 2026 edition is Landscapes, natural or urban. Echoing the 2019 edition which celebrated Mother Nature, the festival continues to raise awareness among young audiences about the future of the planet around the « 3Es »: Ecology, Environment, Enchantment. For workshops, the theme is « Heroines and Heroes… in their landscapes ». The edition is sponsored by Paul Rondin, director of the Cité internationale de la langue française.

In total, Idéklic 2026 features 69 events: about sixty performances indoors, in the streets and gardens, about fifty artistic creation workshops for children, as well as concerts, exhibitions, conferences, post-performance discussions, and a grand participatory finale.

Access to Moirans-en-Montagne

By Car

Moirans-en-Montagne is located about 1h30 from Lyon, Besançon, Dijon, and Geneva. Access via the D470 from Lons-le-Saunier or Saint-Claude. Parking is available on the outskirts of the village.

By Train

The nearest stations are Saint-Claude or Lons-le-Saunier, accessible by TER.

Ticketing

Daily access to workshops is €12 per child over 4 years old (4-day pass: €35) and €5 for children under 4 (4-day pass: €16). Reduced rates for families with 3 children and groups. Indoor shows may require additional booking.

Hours

The festival takes place over 4 days in July, from Wednesday to Saturday. Activities start in the morning and continue until late afternoon.

Food areas are set up on the festival site, offering options suitable for families.
