Ivry en Fête is the popular event of the year in Ivry-sur-Seine. Organized by the municipality with the support of the entire local associative and institutional network, this annual festival brings together residents from all neighborhoods, all ages, and all backgrounds for a day of sharing, music, and conviviality.
A Deep-Rooted Popular Tradition
For many years, Ivry-sur-Seine – a town of some 65,000 inhabitants, committed to a strong cultural and social approach – has organized its annual festival as a political and civic act. This event reflects a city that places people, solidarity, and culture at the heart of its project. The festival welcomes tens of thousands of visitors each year, who come to celebrate their city together.
A Varied Program for All Audiences
Ivry en Fête offers a rich and diverse program each year:
- The Main Music Stage: Quality concerts, mixing local artists and invited headliners, in various styles – French chanson, world music, rock, electro
- The Association Village: Dozens of stands showcasing the town's associations and services, with activities, games, and information
- Tasting Areas: Gastronomic stands offering specialties from around the world, reflecting Ivry's cultural diversity
- Youth Activities: Creative workshops, giant games, street performances, sports introductions for children and teenagers
- Sports Areas: Demonstrations and introductions offered by the town's sports clubs
- The Local Talent Stage: A platform for Ivry artists and local companies
A Civic and Free Event
True to its values, the town of Ivry-sur-Seine offers this entirely free event. Ivry en Fête is also an opportunity to review the past year, present the municipality's projects, and strengthen the links between residents and their elected officials. Fête d'Ivry — edition 2026
The 2026 edition of Ivry en Fête will take place on Saturday, June 20 and Sunday, June 21, 2026 at the Esplanade Georges-Marrane, in the city center of Ivry-sur-Seine. Concerts on the main stage, municipal and associative stands, a children's village, tasting areas, sports activities and workshops: the city's big annual popular festival returns for two days of sharing, entirely free.
Ivry en Fête 2026 — two days of popular celebration
The city of Ivry-sur-Seine invites its residents and visitors on Saturday, June 20 and Sunday, June 21, 2026 for the new edition of Ivry en Fête. For two days, the Esplanade Georges-Marrane and the city center will transform into a large festive and friendly space, entirely free and open to everyone.
On the program
As every year, Ivry en Fête will offer a rich and diverse program combining music, associative activities, gastronomy, and activities for all ages:
- Concerts on the main stage of the Esplanade Georges-Marrane, with a program mixing local artists and invited headliners
- Associative village bringing together Ivry associations around their activities, entertainment, and culinary specialties
- Children's village with a hundred activities for 4-11 year olds (inflatable structures, creative workshops, games)
- Youth area with a dedicated stage, games, quizzes, exhibitions, and prevention advice
- Tasting areas representing the cultural diversity of Ivry-sur-Seine
- Sports activities and demonstrations offered by the city's clubs
- Workshops, exhibitions, and many surprises throughout the weekend

Activities throughout the weekend
- Municipal Village (behind the town hall): welcome for new residents, exhibition of the 2026-2032 municipal project, games celebrating the 90th anniversary of the Popular Front, urban nature workshops (cyanotype, seed bombs, energy bike), international café, citizen initiatives
- Culture and Sports Village (Jules Coutant square): scientific workshops, solidarity sale of books and CDs (0.50 to 3 €), presentation of cultural institutions (Credac, Théâtre Antoine Vitez, Théâtre des Quartiers d'Ivry, Jazz à Ivry), sports course, archery, mini-golf, trampoline, climbing wall
- Children's Village (Maurice Thorez park): about twenty free activities — Accro Kids (2-6 years), trampoline, escape games, face painting, toddler area, gardening workshops, Handifête
- Youth Village: infused water bar, photobooth, cooking workshops (focaccia, 11 AM-4 PM Saturday and Sunday), logic and skill challenges
