Since its creation in 2003, the La Souterraine Christmas Market has continued to grow to become one of the most important Christmas markets in Creuse. Every December 23rd, the town center transforms into an enchanted village with nearly 150 exhibitors - artisans, local producers, and artists - offering last-minute gift ideas, regional products, and original creations.

Activities for the Whole Family

The market is much more than just a commercial space: it's a true popular festival. The day is filled with musical entertainment, creative workshops for children, carriage rides, a carousel, and a choir. Santa Claus is also present to welcome the youngest visitors. The warm and festive atmosphere makes it a moment of sharing and conviviality appreciated by all.
