Humor takes over Lagny-sur-Marne

The Lagny Comedy Festival is a relatively recent event in the Parisian comedy festival scene, but it has quickly made a name for itself thanks to the quality of its programming and the energy of its organizer, Lune Productions. Created in Lagny-sur-Marne, a charming town on the banks of the Marne river east of Paris, the festival takes place at the Espace Charles Vanel, a modern and comfortable performance venue located at 22 boulevard Maréchal Gallieni.

The concept is simple and effective: for about ten days in May, the festival offers one show per evening, with each night dedicated to a different artist. This format allows spectators to choose their favorite comedians or attend multiple nights to discover the entire program.

The Espace Charles Vanel, a stage for laughter

The Espace Charles Vanel, named after the famous French actor born nearby, offers an ideal setting for comedy shows. The intimate venue fosters a close connection between the artist and their audience, an essential element of stand-up. The excellent acoustics and the comfort of the hall complete the experience.

On show nights, the Charles Vanel and Saint-Laurent parking lots are available free of charge to spectators, facilitating access to the festival.
