Les Nuits Bulleuses is a one-of-a-kind wine tourism trail, organized at the Œnocentre Ampélopsis in Massingy, in the Châtillonnais region, north of Côte-d'Or. This event offers an immersive nighttime sensory experience into the world of Crémant de Bourgogne, through an original circuit combining culture, gastronomy, and entertainment. Visitors are invited to walk through the illuminated Garden of Bacchus, discovering the sparkling vines in chiaroscuro.

The Œnocentre Ampélopsis, located at rue Derrière l'Église in Massingy, is a place dedicated to discovering Burgundy's wine heritage. It hosts events related to wine and terroir throughout the year. Les Nuits Bulleuses is the summer highlight of this venue, transforming the garden and exhibition spaces into a magical and gourmet trail, from 7 PM to 11 PM.
