Every June 21, Denain celebrates the Fête de la Musique: amateur musicians, local bands, and guest artists perform for free in the open air. Organized by the City of Denain, the day is entirely free and open to all, in the popular spirit of this great national festival born in 1982.

As everywhere in France since 1982, the Fête de la Musique transforms the city of Denain into an open-air stage every June 21. Music freely takes over public spaces for an evening and part of the night, across all genres and for all audiences.
