About Music Festival in Épinal
Every June 21, Épinal celebrates the Fête de la Musique (Music Festival): numerous groups, in very varied styles, bring the city center's streets and squares to life for free. Organized by the City of Épinal, the day is entirely free and open to all, from mid-afternoon until the heart of the night.
The Fête de la Musique in Épinal
As everywhere in France since 1982, the Fête de la Musique transforms the city of images into an open-air stage every June 21. Music freely takes over Épinal's public spaces: amateur musicians, local bands, and established artists perform in the streets, squares, and cultural venues of the city, until late in the evening.
A festival throughout the city center
Épinal city center hosts multiple outdoor stages and concerts, complemented by initiatives from venues, bars, associations, and music schools. All genres coexist without hierarchy: chanson, contemporary music, electro, rock, slam, and intimate music. The contemporary music venue La Souris Verte and the third place Ailleurs are among the evening's meeting points.

Numerous groups, in a wide variety of styles, will animate the streets and squares of the city center free of charge, from mid-afternoon until the heart of the night.
La Souris Verte (forecourt) — from 8 PM
Épinal's contemporary music venue offers a free and eclectic evening with The Footless Cat (vocal/guitar/percussion trio, acoustic poetry, originally from Saint-Dié-des-Vosges), Caprice (coldwave-electro duo with cold sounds and an enchanting voice) and Double Vitrage (techno duo from Touraine, drums and modular synth).
Ailleurs Third-Place
Coco Loco evening and open stage, featuring tales, slam, and intimate music — free access.
Other neighborhood stages, bars, and associative initiatives complete this program throughout the city.
