Every June 21st, Vesoul celebrates the Fête de la Musique: amateur musicians and local groups freely take over the streets and squares of the city center. Organized by the City of Vesoul, prefecture of Haute-Saône, the day is entirely free and open to all musical styles.

As everywhere in France since 1982, the Fête de la Musique transforms the city of Vesoul into an open-air stage every June 21st. Music freely takes over public spaces on the shortest night of the year, in all genres and for all audiences.
