About Musical'été
Musical'été — edition 2026
27th edition — July 3rd to 5th, 2026
For its 27th year, Musical'été kicks off the summer season in the Haute-Marne region with three evenings of free concerts at the Parc du Jard in Saint-Dizier. The 2026 lineup, unveiled by the City of Saint-Dizier on February 26th, 2026, and completed in June with two additional acts, brings eight artists to the main stage, ranging from rap and French pop headliners to TV show revelations and emerging talents.
A lineup for everyone
Friday, July 3rd, opens the weekend with urban music: Ridsa takes the stage before Soolking, a major figure in Francophone rap, following an opening set by Max Trau. Saturday, July 4th, features two voices discovered on The Voice, with local artist Silda (2023 season) opening for Kendji Girac, whose style blends pop, flamenco, and Latin rhythms.
Sunday, July 5th, is a 100% female-led day: Ninon kicks things off, followed by Luiza, singer of the hit "Soleil bleu," and Marine, winner of Star Academy 2024 and artist behind a platinum-certified debut album, who will close out this 27th edition.
Free admission and access
As always, admission is completely free, with no tickets or reservations needed—a rarity for a festival of this size in France. The gates of the Parc du Jard open 2 hours before the first concert begins. Food and drink stalls are available within the festival grounds. A platform for people with reduced mobility is available by prior reservation at 03 25 07 31 68.

Musical'été: Saint-Dizier's Summer Rendezvous
Since its creation in 2000, the Musical'été festival has set the rhythm for the beginning of summer in Saint-Dizier, in the Haute-Marne department. Organized by the City Hall of Saint-Dizier, this free and family-friendly event offers three evenings of open-air concerts in the heart of the magnificent Parc du Jard, the city's green lung. A rare occurrence in France and even in Europe for a festival of this scale, entry is completely free.
An Eclectic and Multigenerational Program
Musical'été stands out for its eclectic program, designed to appeal to all generations. Each evening is themed and skillfully blends national headliners with new talents to discover. The musical genres represented are varied:
- French Variety and Chanson: artists like Pierre Garnier, Kendji Girac, or Julien Lieb
- Rap and Urban Music: Alonzo, Niro, Soolking, Ridsa
- Pop and Current Music: Luiza, Silda, Marine
- Retro and Festive Evenings: Club Musical'été with hits from the 90s and 2000s
Each evening begins with a DJ set to set the mood, followed by two to three concerts on the main stage.
Parc du Jard: An Exceptional Natural Setting
The festival takes place in the Parc du Jard, a vast green space located on avenue de Belle-Forêt-sur-Marne. This tree-lined park offers an ideal setting for an open-air festival, with large areas to accommodate tens of thousands of spectators in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The 2024 edition brought together nearly 75,000 people over the three days, a record attendance testifying to the popular enthusiasm for the event.
A Festival Rooted in its Territory
Musical'été is much more than just a music festival: it is a unifying event for the entire Haute-Marne and Grand Est region. Supported by the City of Saint-Dizier and its cultural affairs department, it contributes to the city's influence and the animation of local cultural life. The festival also hosts artists from the Champagne-Ardenne region, such as the singer Silda, discovered on The Voice 2023 and originally from Reims.
