The Reims Chocolate and Delicacies Fair

Created in 2016, this fair was held every autumn at the Parc des Expositions de Reims (Henri-Farman site). In just a few editions, it had established itself as a benchmark gourmet event in Champagne, attracting between 12,000 and 15,000 visitors.

Artisans and Producers

Around sixty exhibitors presented their expertise: artisanal chocolatiers, confectioners, and pastry chefs, alongside local producers (cheeses, cured meats, Champagne wines, honeys). The public came to discover and taste the best of regional delicacies.

Demonstrations, Workshops, and Chocolate Dress Fashion Show

The fair offered demonstrations of artisanal production, workshops for children, and, as a highlight, a chocolate dress fashion show combining fashion and the art of chocolate making.
