Music, well-being and reconnection festival in Ardèche
Sweet Fest is an atypical festival that takes place in Grospierres (07120), in the south of Ardèche, in the heart of winter. Where nature rests, the festival offers a magical interlude of three days dedicated to music, well-being, and human connection.
From Friday to Sunday, Sweet Fest offers an immersive experience where every moment counts. The days are punctuated by various workshops: yoga, ecstatic dance, meditation, Biodanza, body practices, sports movements, singing, and talking circles. Each activity is designed to regenerate the body, soothe the mind, and accompany an inner transformation process.
Each evening, concerts conclude the day in a vibrant and collective atmosphere. Among the invited artists for the 2026 edition are Marianne Aya Omac, Elsa Fitoussi, Duo Okalm, and I Yog You. Music is approached as a healing, a universal emotional language that invites trance and letting go.
Sweet Fest stands out for its holistic philosophy. Food is considered as essential as the workshops, with regenerating and conscious cuisine. Slowing down, listening to your body, giving it love, rest, attention, and vitality: this is the promise of this festival, which resembles a tribal retreat more than a classic event.
The festival operates on a free entry at a free price model, with on-site accommodation starting from €95. This supportive approach allows everyone to experience Sweet Fest according to their means, in a spirit of sharing and kindness.
