Performing arts at the heart of Montbard

The Tous en Scène ! festival was born from the desire of the City of Montbard to showcase the talents of the intercommunal conservatory and its artistic partners. For about ten days at the end of June, the various disciplines taught at the conservatory — theater, dance, music — are presented to the public through varied and accessible shows for everyone. The festival is a highlight of Montbard's cultural life, offering students a stage experience and the public quality artistic discoveries.

An eclectic and family-friendly program

The Tous en Scène ! program is distinguished by its artistic diversity: theater, dance, fanfares, accordion, percussion, contemporary music, street performances... About ten performances are offered in various locations in Montbard, taking over both performance halls and outdoor spaces of the city, notably the Parc Buffon. Each show is designed to appeal to a wide audience, from families to contemporary art enthusiasts.

A free festival rooted in the territory

Tous en Scène ! is part of the summer programming of the City of Montbard, which offers cultural events accessible to the greatest number throughout the summer. Most of the shows are free, allowing everyone to enjoy this time of artistic sharing. The festival contributes to the animation of Montbard's city center and the cultural influence of this town in the north of Côte-d'Or, known for its rich heritage related to Buffon and the abbey of Fontenay.
