Tout Rennes Court
Tout Rennes Court is the major popular running event in Rennes, Ille-et-Vilaine (Brittany). Created in 1982, this free event, open to all, is, according to its organizers, the only race of this scale to be entirely free in France. Every autumn, it gathers tens of thousands of runners, from beginners to experienced athletes, in a sporty and friendly atmosphere.
A popular and inclusive event
Organized by the COURSSS association and animated by a team of passionate volunteers, Tout Rennes Court offers several race formats: a half-marathon, a 10 km, a 5 km, youth races for children, and a solidarity walk. The inclusive and popular dimension is at the heart of the organization. The start is given on boulevard de la Liberté, near the Halles centrales, while the finish and the race village are set up on the esplanade Charles-de-Gaulle.
A route through the heart of Rennes
The routes cross the historic center of Rennes and, in places, run along the canal d'Ille-et-Rance as well as the Oberthür and Thabor parks. Without major difficulty, they offer runners a festive discovery of the Breton capital.

Tout Rennes Court — 45th Edition (2026)
The 45th edition of Tout Rennes Court takes place on Saturday, October 3rd and Sunday, October 4th, 2026 in Rennes, Ille-et-Vilaine. True to its spirit since 1982, this event remains free and open to all, from beginner to experienced runners. The start is given on boulevard de la Liberté, near the Halles centrales, and the finish is located on the esplanade Charles-de-Gaulle, where the race village is also held.
The weekend offers several formats: a charity walk on Saturday, then on Sunday a half-marathon (S'MI Ouest-France), a 10 km race, a 5 km race, and races dedicated to young people.
