Three days of skate, graffiti, hip-hop, BMX, and dance at Skatepark Camilo Alonso in Saintes
The Urban Cultures Festival (FCU) is an annual event organized in Saintes (Charente-Maritime) by the Home Street Home association since 2022. The program includes: three days of hip-hop concerts, skate and BMX competitions and demonstrations, dance battles, graffiti performances, and free introductions for all audiences. The 4th edition will take place from June 26 to 28, 2026 at Skatepark Camilo Alonso.
The Urban Cultures Festival (FCU) is an annual event dedicated to urban cultures in all their diversity, organized in Saintes (Charente-Maritime) by the Home Street Home association. Launched in June 2022, every summer it brings together amateurs and professionals around performance, sharing, and conviviality, in an inclusive spirit that blends artistic excellence with democratic access to urban practices.
The festival brings together five major families of urban cultures in the same place, over three days:
The Home Street Home association, based in Saintes, aims to promote and energize urban cultures through the organization of cultural and sports events. The FCU is its flagship event, which in just a few editions has established itself as a rallying point for practitioners from Charente-Maritime and beyond.
The festival is supported by the City of Saintes, the Communauté d'Agglomération de Saintes, the Département de la Charente-Maritime, and the Région Nouvelle-Aquitaine.
The FCU was first held on June 25-26, 2022 at the Saintes Skatepark. Subsequent editions confirmed its local roots: 2nd edition in June 2023, 3rd edition on July 5-6-7, 2024, and the 4th edition is scheduled from June 26 to 28, 2026. Each edition of the festival offers a significant portion of free activities (introductions, Friday's open stage, dances, and graffiti performances) in addition to the paid concerts on Saturday.

Three days of hip-hop concerts (SWIFT GUAD, SOUFFRANCE, THA TRICKAZ, MORGAN, DRUM D), 'Cash for Tricks' skate competition with 1,000 € to win, BMX demonstrations, graffiti performances (20 artists) and hip-hop dance battles.
The 4th edition of the Urban Cultures Festival takes over Skatepark Camilo Alonso in Saintes for three days of urban cultures, from Friday, June 26, 2026 at 7 PM to Sunday, June 28, 2026 at 7 PM.
The opening night takes place with free participation featuring SWIFT GUAD, DRUM D, Doum's (DJ), a wild open mic concert and the local scene.
Saturday is the busiest day: BMX demonstrations by experienced riders, 'Cash for Tricks' skate competition with 1,000 € cash prize, free graffiti initiations with about twenty invited artists. In the evening, paid concerts with SOUFFRANCE, THA TRICKAZ, MORGAN, open mic and local scene.
Sunday is dedicated to hip-hop dance with workshops, battles and shows, as well as free initiations for skate and BMX. Graffiti performances continue in parallel.

Saintes is accessible via the A10 (exit 35) and by TGV from Paris-Montparnasse (approx. 2h30) or Bordeaux (1h). The skatepark is located near the city center.
