Eclectic music festival in Château-Gontier-sur-Mayenne
Born in 2019 at the Craon racecourse, V and B Fest' is the result of a meeting between Damien Jahier, passionate organizer of the festival « Ça Grézille », and Antoine Porcher, CEO of the bar and wine shop chain V and B. During an event in 2018, Antoine Porcher discovered Damien Jahier's event management expertise and proposed to him to realize a long-held project: to create a unifying festival for V and B franchisees, customers, and families. After eighteen months of preparation, the first edition took place in Craon and sold out with over 36,000 spectators, who came to see concerts by IAM, Martin Solveig, and Bigflo & Oli.
In 2022, the festival moved to the Domaine de la Maroutière, an exceptional ten-hectare site located in Château-Gontier-sur-Mayenne, purchased by the V and B group to permanently anchor its flagship event. The estate, nestled on the banks of the Mayenne river, offers a green and rural setting that enhances the festival experience. Several stages are spread across the site: the Scène Médiator (main stage), the Scène Château, the Scène Découverte, the Scène Craft, and the Scène Terminal, each offering a distinct atmosphere and program.
V and B Fest' stands out for its resolutely eclectic program, capable of bringing together artists from rock, pop, electro, rap, metal, reggae, and variety music on the same lineup. In 2025, the festival hosted international headliners such as Justice, Fontaines D.C., The Kooks, Aurora, and Afrojack, alongside French-speaking artists like Bigflo & Oli, Rilès, Gazo, Hoshi, and Kendji Girac. For 2026, the lineup is even more impressive with Robbie Williams, Moby, Paul Kalkbrenner, Damso, Charlotte de Witte, Parcels, Feu! Chatterton, and many others.
Beyond the music, V and B Fest' aims to be a family-friendly and convivial event. The site offers a camping area at a reduced price, a varied food offering with food trucks and bars serving over a hundred types of drinks. The children's ticket price, accessible up to 14 years old inclusive, reflects the desire to open the festival to as many people as possible. With its sold-out editions and steadily increasing attendance — 135,000 people in 2025 — V and B Fest' has established itself in a few years as one of the major festivals in the Pays de la Loire region and Western France.
The 7th edition of the V and B Fest' will take place from Thursday, August 20 to Sunday, August 23, 2026, at the Domaine de la Maroutière in Château-Gontier-sur-Mayenne (Mayenne). Over four days and three stages (Château, Médiator, Craft), the lineup brings together Robbie Williams (French exclusive), Moby, Paul Kalkbrenner, Damso, PLK, Charlotte de Witte, Parcels, Charlotte Cardin, Feu! Chatterton, Vald, Dub Inc, Groundation, Les Ogres de Barback & La Rue Ketanou, Tayc, Louane, Matt Pokora and many other artists, from rock to electro, including rap and reggae.
