About World Dance Discovery Weekend
The World Dance Discovery Weekend brings two days of workshops and an evening performance celebrating dance traditions from around the globe to Chantepie. Organized every year in late September by the Bouge et Danse! association—which offers year-round classes in Polynesian, Cambodian, and Oriental dance—this event is completely free to attend.
World Dance Discovery Weekend — edition 2026
For its 5th edition, the festival is hosting two days of world dance workshops at the Maison pour tous, followed by a festive evening and a performance on Saturday night at the Complexe des Deux Ruisseaux. Admission is free all weekend long.
