Twelve Days of Magic in Yerres

Yerres is one of the few towns in Essonne to offer a Christmas Market over 12 consecutive days. From December 10th to 21st, the town transforms into a true Christmas village with illuminated chalets, an outdoor ice rink, entertainment renewed weekly, and the regular presence of Santa Claus. This extended format allows all families, even the busiest ones, to enjoy the magic of the holidays at their own pace.

The Free Ice Rink, Star of the Market

One of the main attractions of the Yerres Christmas Market is the outdoor ice rink, set up in front of the CEC (Centre d'Expression et de Création). Completely free and open to all from age 3 (accompanied by an adult on skates), it is one of the few completely free facilities of its kind in Essonne. Sessions are organized for children, families, and skaters of all levels.

Elfi the Elf Game: A Festive Treasure Hunt

Throughout the market, children can participate in the interactive Elfi the elf game, a fun investigative adventure that takes place in the market aisles and around the town. This game, to be played as a family, invites participants to solve riddles, find clues, and discover the festive corners of Yerres. It's an original and educational way to explore the market while having fun.

Weekly Entertainment and Meetings with Santa Claus

To maintain freshness and interest over 12 days, the Yerres Christmas Market offers new entertainment each week:

The market closes on December 25th to allow families to celebrate Christmas at home.
