In late September, Bonneuil-sur-Marne brings its community together for its annual town festival. Organized by the municipality in collaboration with local associations, the day features information booths, games, arts and sports activities, and food stalls run by local groups, followed by an open-air concert in the evening. In 2026, the event moves from Rue Jean-Catelas to the new Parc Mélinée-et-Missak-Manouchian.
Fête de Bonneuil — edition 2026
The 2026 Bonneuil Festival will take place on Saturday, September 26, from 11:00 AM to 10:30 PM in the Parc Mélinée-et-Missak-Manouchian, moving from its previous location on Rue Jean-Catelas. The city's carnival, originally scheduled for June 13, has been postponed and will now be held on the same day. As of mid-August, the City has only confirmed the date, times, and location.
Bonneuil Festival 2026
The City has announced that its festival will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 10:30 PM at the Parc Mélinée-et-Missak-Manouchian. This is a change of venue, as previous editions were held on Rue Jean-Catelas in 2025 and at the Léo-Lagrange sports complex in 2024.
The Bonneuil Carnival, initially set for Saturday, June 13, has been rescheduled to coincide with the festival.
The park hosting the 2026 edition is still under construction as of the summer: paths and emergency access routes are being finalized, the large central fountain is under construction, and landscaping is scheduled for October and November.
Details regarding activities, community stalls, and the musical lineup have not yet been released. The July-August 2026 municipal newsletter only provided the date, times, and location.

The Bonneuil-sur-Marne town festival
The Bonneuil Festival is the major back-to-school event for this Val-de-Marne town. The local government, its partners, and Bonneuil associations host booths open to everyone, featuring games, artistic activities, a carousel, sports, and food. Residents take to the stage throughout the day for sports and musical demonstrations, leading up to the evening concert.
The venue changes from year to year: it was held at the Léo-Lagrange sports complex in 2024 under the name 'Rencontres des arts et de la culture', on Rue Jean-Catelas in 2025, and at Parc Mélinée-et-Missak-Manouchian in 2026.
Parc Mélinée-et-Missak-Manouchian, the 2026 venue
This urban park, spanning over 3 hectares, is located at the corner of Rue Pierre-Sémard and Avenue Jean-Rostand, north of the Léo-Lagrange sports complex, between the Libertés and République neighborhoods. It includes a festive clearing designed for 1,800 people, a stage that can be converted into a performance space via a mobile system, and a play area with rocks, waterfalls, misters, and water jets. Wooded mounds surround the area to minimize noise for local residents. Construction continues through the summer of 2026, with final plantings scheduled for October and November.
