A committed festival in the heart of the forest
The Better'Rave Festival takes place in the Parc du Temple in Mortefontaine, a green haven nestled in the south of the Oise region, between the forests of Ermenonville and Chantilly. This exceptional natural setting hosts a contemporary music festival that places ecological and social commitment at the heart of its project.
An eclectic and gender-balanced program
The festival offers 16 artists on two stages over two days, with a deliberately eclectic program: indie rock, folk, pop, funk, soul, techno, and house. Gender parity is a strong commitment of the festival, with equal representation of genders in the programming, and 50% local artists from the Hauts-de-France scene.
Eco-responsible values
The Better'Rave Festival is committed to an ambitious eco-responsible approach. Short supply chains are favored for catering, waste is sorted and recycled, and the environmental impact of the event is measured and reduced. Chill-out areas with artistic touches and group games complete the offering to create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
Accessibility and transport
To encourage sustainable mobility, the festival provides a free shuttle service from several nearby train stations: Gouvieux, Chantilly, Lamorlaye, Orry-la-Ville, Coye-la-Forêt, La Chapelle-en-Serval, and Plailly. This initiative allows festival-goers to come without a car and reduce the event's carbon footprint.
A friendly and accessible festival
The Better'Rave Festival focuses on friendliness, sharing, and accessibility. Prices are designed to remain affordable, and the festival's warm atmosphere makes it a popular event for contemporary music lovers who are mindful of their environmental impact.
