About La Scène au Jardin Festival
Every summer, the Théâtre de la Faisanderie, located within the grounds of the Potager des Princes in Chantilly, hosts a theatre festival founded in 2008 by actress and director Virginie Bienaimé. The stage is set over a pond, opening out onto the park; performances make the most of this natural backdrop, blending classical staging with more visual styles. Professional companies perform here from June to September, drawing audiences who come as much for the theatre as for the stunning setting.

For its nineteenth edition, the festival will host twenty-two events from June 13 to September 26, 2026, bridging the gap between the season's launch and autumn premieres. The program features a mix of biographies (Bel Ami, Un Picasso, Naïs), socially conscious theater (Le Procès d'une vie, Les Travailleurs de la mer), and shorter formats, with performances held on Friday evenings, as well as late afternoons on Saturdays and Sundays.

- The park opens one hour before the performance, and the theatre doors open 15 minutes prior; seats are no longer guaranteed once the show has begun.
- Limited parking nearby; use the Réservoir (free on weekends) or Manse car parks, located approximately 600 metres away.
- Booking is exclusively via the online ticket office; no tickets are sold on-site on the day of the performance. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
