Bread Oven Festival
2026
About Bread Oven Festival
The Festival du Four à Pain takes place at La Foulerie, a 19th-century Norman farmhouse in Ver that has been transformed into a cultural hub by the association Cour avec Vue. The event brings the hamlet's restored bread oven back to life, reviving the communal baking traditions that once defined farm life. A local artisan baker leads a sourdough bread-making workshop, followed by a live performance, a dance workshop, and a traditional dance party.
Bread Oven Festival — edition 2026
The 2026 edition takes place on September 20th, as part of the European Heritage Days. Following a sourdough bread workshop led by artisan baker Antoine, the day continues with an object theater performance, a dance workshop, and concludes with a dance party and a pizza bar.
