Climax, the ecological transition festival
The Climax Festival was born from the desire to combine music, art, and ecological commitment. Located at Darwin Écosystème, a former military site converted into an alternative space on the right bank of Bordeaux, the festival addresses major environmental issues through a multidisciplinary program.
Music and consciousness
The musical program of Climax mixes electro, rock, hip-hop, and world music, featuring committed artists and DJ sets. Concerts take place outdoors in the unique setting of the converted Niel barracks.
Conferences and debates
The festival offers a rich program of conferences, round tables, and workshops on the themes of energy transition, ecology, sustainable agriculture, and the circular economy. Personalities from the scientific, political, and associative worlds participate each year.
An emblematic venue
Darwin Écosystème embodies the festival's values: reuse, social and solidarity economy, urban agriculture. This unique place in Bordeaux offers an inspiring setting to reflect and act together on environmental challenges.
