The winter little sister of the FAV

Born in 2022 on the initiative of Colmar Expo, Cuvée Givrée is the winter version of the famous Foire aux Vins d'Alsace. After three initial editions that confirmed the success of the concept, this festival has established itself as the unmissable event of the holiday season in Colmar. From December 27th to 30th, the Parc des Expositions transforms into a festive space combining concerts, wine tastings, gastronomy, and entertainment to close the year in style.

Concerts for all tastes

The Halle aux Vins, which can accommodate 2,500 standing spectators, is the beating heart of Cuvée Givrée. Each evening, a themed program offers a different musical universe: French variety and tributes to song legends, 80s and 90s evenings with iconic artists from those decades, rock and metal sessions for fans of extreme music, and an electro Closing Party to dance until dawn with the best DJs from the French Touch scene.

Alsace wines and gastronomy

True to the DNA of the Foire aux Vins d'Alsace, Cuvée Givrée gives pride of place to oenology and gastronomy. Alsace winegrowers offer their vintages for tasting — Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, and Crémant d'Alsace — while gourmet exhibitors and food stalls delight visitors with seasonal specialties: bredele, mulled wine, tarte flambée, and other Alsatian delights. The bars and restaurants set up in the park offer a friendly setting to meet before and after the concerts.

A unique atmosphere between festivities

Cuvée Givrée draws its magic from its unique timing, between Christmas and New Year, when Colmar still shines with its magical illuminations and the festive spirit permeates the entire city. Visitors can combine discovering the Christmas Market during the day with the Cuvée Givrée evenings, creating a complete and memorable winter getaway in the heart of Alsace.
