Dragon Belle — edition 2026
Dragon Belle 2026 — 4th edition
The Dragon Belle Festival returns for its 4th edition on Saturday, July 4, 2026, from 10 am to 6:30 pm, in Brantôme-en-Périgord. For this new edition, the festival will take place at the Jardin des Moines, a green setting at the foot of the abbey, along the Dronne.
The day — entirely free — will once again offer the festival's emblematic events: Asian culture workshops, manga and video game areas, a cosplay parade open to all levels, interactive entertainment, and artisan stands with Asian-inspired creations. The edition brings together literature, games, cosplay, karaoke, shows, and VIP guests.
The detailed program — cosplay guests, illustrators, specific workshops, and precise schedules — will be announced in spring 2026 by the organization. The festival continues to be co-organized by the socio-cultural center Le Ruban Vert, the Jeunesses du Périgord Vert, and the association Les Coin-coin du soleil levant.

Asian Culture at the Heart of Périgord
The Dragon Belle Festival is a cultural event dedicated to Asian culture in all its forms, held every summer in Brantôme-en-Périgord. Born from the passion of a collective of youth leaders and the association Les Coin-coin du soleil levant, the festival is aimed at a wide audience, from children to adults passionate about Japanese, Korean, and broader Asian culture.
Varied and Free Activities
Throughout the day, visitors can enjoy a rich and entirely free program: kamishibai (Japanese shadow theater), sumo wrestling arena, manga corner with quizzes, origami workshops and creative challenges, Just Dance, virtual reality headsets, themed board games, and an Asian photocall.
Cosplay and Guest Artists
The highlight of the day is the grand cosplay parade open to all levels, judged by prestigious guests like cosplayer Ellothin (over 40,000 followers on social media). Illustrators and comic book authors, such as Ben Basso, offer signings and drawing workshops. Local artisans showcase Asian-inspired pottery and textile creations.
