Created in 2008, this street arts festival enlivened the Place de la République in the Bearnese bastide of Arzacq-Arraziguet (Pyrénées-Atlantiques): circus, theatre, brass bands, music, and a producers' market under the arcades.

Launched in 2008 by the association of the same name (Arzacq-Arraziguet, 64410), Du Bruit sous les Arcades was an eclectic cultural festival organised on the Place de la République, in the heart of the bastide. The day combined street arts, circus, theatre, wandering brass bands, exhibitions, children's workshops, traditional dances, and concerts, all centred around a market of local artisans and producers set up under the arcades. The spirit of the festival: to create bridges between cultures and generations in a 'guinguette' (open-air cafe/dance hall) atmosphere.
The 5th edition, on July 21, 2012, is the last publicly documented edition. Beyond that, no source mentions a new edition. This record is maintained to preserve the memory of the event; it will be updated if the association relaunches the festival.
