EverySing in Montlouis-sur-Loire

EverySing was a festival entirely dedicated to the voice in all its forms, held at the Espace Ligéria in Montlouis-sur-Loire, Indre-et-Loire. Inspired by major vocal festivals in Nordic countries and London, it highlighted the richness of singing and contributed to the revival of choral music.

The voice in every style

The festival explored all facets of singing, from solo performances to large choirs, including a cappella vocal ensembles and mixed voice-instrument groups: pop and rock choral, vocal jazz, a cappella, beatbox, traditional singing, and world music.

A participatory approach

EverySing did more than just present concerts: the festival invited the public to become active participants in the music through vocal workshops, open mics, and collective singing sessions.

The Keystones and local choirs

The festival relied on a network of local choirs, including The Keystones, a pop-rock vocal ensemble based in Montlouis-sur-Loire led by Gaël Sérandour and Clémentine Saïs, alongside guest artists such as the Finnish group Fork and the Pop' Phonies.

A festival supported by the city and Cepravoi

EverySing was supported by the City of Montlouis-sur-Loire in partnership with Cepravoi, the resource center for choral singing in the Centre-Val de Loire region, since its inception in 2011.
