Festi Conflent: the big summer party at the foot of the Canigou

Every year in June, the Parc du Casino in Vernet-les-Bains transforms into a festive venue to host Festi Conflent, a family-friendly and free festival created in 2021. Nestled at the foot of the majestic Canigou massif, this summer event brings together locals, visitors, children, and tourists around conviviality, meetings, and Catalan traditions.

A day of festivities for everyone

From 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Festi Conflent offers a varied program for all ages. The morning opens with a « La Petite Baigneuse de la Belle Époque » theatrical walk (by reservation) and a best aioli competition. Parades of the Capgrossos and their Batucada liven up the park's pathways throughout the day. Shows, musical entertainment, and local food complete the program.

An eco-responsible and free festival

True to its commitments, Festi Conflent is an eco-responsible event: reusable cups, waste sorting, local partnerships, and short circuits for food. Entry is completely free, in a spirit of accessibility and sharing that is the soul of this Catalan festival.

Vernet-les-Bains, a historic spa town nestled in the Cady valley, offers an ideal setting for this festival. Between Belle Époque heritage, thermal baths, and hiking trails leading to the summit of Canigou, the village is a concentrate of the Catalan art of living.
