Rock comes to the village

In Wuenheim, a small wine-growing village of barely 900 souls nestled at the foot of the Vosges mountains in the Haut-Rhin region, the association Loisirs Rencontres Wuenheim had the idea of creating a unifying musical event: Festi Rock à Wuenheim. Far from large, impersonal festivals, this event focuses on proximity, friendliness, and the raw energy of rock to bring together the inhabitants and enthusiasts of the region in a village festival atmosphere amplified by electric guitars.

Electrifying concerts in the village hall

Festi Rock takes over the Wuenheim village hall for an evening of concerts that starts at 7 PM. The program features high-quality tribute bands and regional rock groups. The 2024 edition notably hosted Hammstein, a Rammstein tribute band renowned for its fiery stage performances, alongside The Woody's and The Screaming Kids. The indoor format creates an intimate and electric atmosphere, where the audience is just a few meters away from the musicians, for an intense and authentic live experience.

An associative festival rooted in its territory

Festi Rock is driven by passionate volunteers from the Loisirs Rencontres Wuenheim association, who work year-round to liven up the village's cultural life. The event embodies the Alsatian tradition of community festivals where local commitment creates unforgettable moments of sharing. The refreshment stand and catering, managed by the association, offer local specialties and drinks that accompany the evening in the purest tradition of Alsatian village festivals.
