Festiv'été is the major summer event in the town of Andrézieux-Bouthéon, in the Loire department. Since its creation in 2022, this outdoor festival celebrates the arrival of summer with a program of varied, friendly, and accessible activities for everyone. Driven by the City of Andrézieux-Bouthéon and its privileged partner Andrézieux-Bouthéon Animation, Festiv'été brings together residents and visitors around an eclectic and generous program.
A Rich and Varied Program
Each edition offers between twenty and thirty events spread over nearly two months, from early June to the end of July, with possible extensions in August and September. The program includes:
- Concerts and live music: The Fête de la Musique is spread over several days and locations, from the Conservatory to the neighborhood squares of Andrézieux and Bouthéon, including festive evenings with local and regional bands.
- Outdoor cinema: Ciné Transat screenings offer projections under the stars in various green spaces of the town.
- Sports activities: The Urban Trail of Andrézieux-Bouthéon brings together runners and walkers for a friendly urban race, accompanied by volleyball tournaments on the banks of the Loire.
- Games and recreational activities: Creative workshops, giant games, children's activities, and street performances punctuate the summer days.

The 5th edition of Festiv'été is confirmed from June 1 to July 28, 2026 in Andrézieux-Bouthéon. True to its mission as a free and open summer festival for all, Festiv'été will once again offer a rich and eclectic program of activities in the various neighborhoods and spaces of the town.

Access and Transport
By Car
Andrézieux-Bouthéon is located 15 minutes from Saint-Étienne and 50 minutes from Lyon via the A72 motorway. Follow signs for Andrézieux-Bouthéon centre. Free parking is available near the various event locations.
By Train
Andrézieux station is served by the TER Saint-Étienne - Montbrison line. The town center is a few minutes' walk from the station.
By Bus
The town is served by the STAS network (bus lines from Saint-Étienne) and by intercity buses of the Loire department's TIL network.
