CSALP Festival: Grossœuvre's Free Musical Celebration

The Ça Sonne à la Porte Festival, more commonly known as CSALP, is a free music festival held annually on the first or second weekend of June on the grounds of the commune of Grossœuvre, in the Eure department. Created in 2006, it has become over the years one of Normandy's largest free cultural events, attracting over 32,000 festival-goers.

A Showcase of the Norman Scene

CSALP is above all a multi-artistic cultural event that highlights the Norman musical landscape. Amateurs, established artists, and professionals share the stage in a spirit of sharing and discovery. The program, spread across two stages, offers an eclectic panorama of contemporary music: rock, pop, electro, hip-hop, soul, funk, and French chanson coexist in a festive and welcoming atmosphere.

Renowned Artists

CSALP has attracted national and international artists over the years. In 2024, the 17th edition hosted Zaoui (formerly Thérapie Taxi), Electro Deluxe, Alltta, Talisco, Johnny Mafia, Samba de la Muerte, and Wonder 45, among 19 artists scheduled for the weekend. The budget of approximately €300,000 allows for an ambitious program while maintaining complete free access.

A Family-Friendly and Engaged Festival

CSALP stands out for its commitment to accessibility and families. Since 2012, a KIDZ area has offered childcare for children aged 3 to 12 during concerts, with introductions to contemporary music and sustainable development. The association village brings together local players, while local food stands offer a taste of Norman terroir.

Camping and Camaraderie

A festive campsite is available for the night from Saturday to Sunday at a cost of €5 per person, thanks to a partnership with the Department of Eure. Over 150 volunteers mobilize each year to bring this festival, driven by passion and camaraderie, to life. CSALP is a 100% local event, rooted in its territory and supported by the Évreux Portes de Normandie urban community.

CSALP — edition 2026

The 19th edition of CSALP is scheduled for early June 2026 in Grossœuvre. The festival will continue its mission to showcase the Norman music scene in a free and festive spirit.

CSALP 2026: 19th Edition

The Ça Sonne à la Porte festival returns for its 19th edition in early June 2026 in Grossœuvre. The lineup will be announced in spring 2026 on the festival's official website and social media. Entry remains free!
