The unusual MusiqueMots Festival [et + si affinités] was organized by the Le Vent des Signes theatre, in Toulouse (Haute-Garonne, Occitanie). Created in 2012, it explored the intersections between music, words, dance and performance, highlighting contemporary creation and improvised music.

The program brought together artists, musicians, dancers and authors around original spectacular forms — music/dance performances, musical readings, sound pieces. Artists such as Franck Vigroux, Frédéric Dumond, François Donato, Charles Robinson, Anne Lefèvre or Marc Sens notably performed there, in the intimate space of Le Vent des Signes (6 impasse Varsovie, 31300 Toulouse).

The festival usually took place in December. It was fully integrated into Toulouse's cultural life and into the artistic research approach carried out by Le Vent des Signes since 2012.
