About Les 3 Sources

The Festival Les 3 Sources was a contemporary music festival project announced in Vittel, in the plain of the Vosges, for summer 2022. Its name paid homage to the three famous springs of the spa town: the Grande Source, the Bonne Source, and the Hépar spring. Carried by the company Le Bruit Qui Pense in partnership with the city of Vittel, it was planned to take place at the Stade Municipal Jean Bouloumié over three days, from June 30 to July 2, 2022, with a lineup featuring Vianney, Bigflo & Oli, Aldebert, Emma Peters, and Brö. This first edition was ultimately cancelled by the organizers a few weeks before the scheduled date. The festival never took place and no new edition has been organized since.

ℹ️ Festival on hold — first edition cancelled. The Festival Les 3 Sources, announced in Vittel for June 30, July 1 and 2, 2022, was cancelled by its organizers before it could take place, due to the economic context and the fragility of the live performance sector. The festival therefore never took place, and no new edition has been announced since: neither in 2023, 2024, 2025, nor in 2026. The official website 3sourcesfestival.fr is no longer maintained and the 2025-2026 cultural season of the city of Vittel makes no mention of the event. This page is kept for archival purposes. If the project were to be relaunched, please let us know via the modification form for the page.

A contemporary music festival imagined in Vittel

The Festival Les 3 Sources had been conceived as a contemporary music event rooted in the identity of Vittel, an emblematic spa town in the Vosges. Its name paid homage to the three springs that made the town famous: the Grande Source, the Bonne Source, and the Hépar spring. The project, led by the company Le Bruit Qui Pense in partnership with the city of Vittel, aimed to promote the plain of the Vosges on the cultural scene of the Grand Est region.

A venue planned at Stade Jean Bouloumié

The event was to take over the Stade Municipal Jean Bouloumié, avenue Georges Clémenceau in Vittel — a large open-air space in the heart of the spa town, surrounded by Belle Époque heritage and the city's parks.

An ambitious 2022 lineup, never performed

The first edition, planned for three days from June 30 to July 2, 2022, had unveiled a popular program: Vianney, Bigflo & Oli, and Aldebert as headliners, accompanied by emerging artists such as Emma Peters and Brö. Ticketing had been opened (3-day passes and single-day tickets), before the cancellation was announced and tickets refunded.

A cancellation then a dormant project

A few weeks before the opening, the organizers announced the cancellation of this first edition, citing the general economic situation and the fragility of the live performance sector. Ticket holders were refunded. Since then, no resumption has been announced and the festival no longer appears in Vittel's cultural program. The city also continues to offer a rich cultural season (concerts at the Palais des Congrès, headliners throughout the year), but without any connection to this festival project, which is currently on hold.

Les 3 Sources — edition 2026

ℹ️ 2026 Edition cancelled — festival on hiatus. No edition of Festival Les 3 Sources is taking place in Vittel in 2026. The only edition ever announced (1st edition, scheduled from June 30 to July 2, 2022, at Stade Jean Bouloumié) was cancelled by the organizers before it could take place, and no resumption has been announced since. The official website is no longer maintained, and the 2025-2026 cultural season of the city of Vittel does not mention the event. This contemporary music festival has, to date, never taken place.

ℹ️ 2026 Edition cancelled — festival on hiatus. Festival Les 3 Sources is not being organized in 2026. Its only announced edition (summer 2022) was cancelled before it could take place. No official source, local press, or cultural agenda reports a 2026 edition in Vittel.
