The young audience festival from 0 to 99 years old in the south of Vienne
Unique in its kind in the south of Vienne, the Festival Les P'tites Bananes is an unmissable family event dedicated to young audiences. Every year in June, the hamlet of Le Vignaud in Romagne is transformed into an enchanting festive space where live performances, concerts, dance, and activities punctuate two days of shared joy. Supported by the association Le Grand Bananier, this warm and accessible festival welcomes young and old in a rural setting in the heart of the Civraisien region of Poitou.
Born from the energy of a collective of parents and local cultural actors, the Festival Les P'tites Bananes quickly established itself as the unmissable family event in the south of Vienne. Organized by the association Le Grand Bananier, this unique and generous festival invites spectators "from 0 to 99 years old (and more)" to share two days of live performances in a bucolic setting, at the hamlet of Le Vignaud, in Romagne.
It is in the green setting of the Ferme du Vignaud and La Grange Ouverte that the festival unfolds its stages. This associative space, nestled in the heart of the Civraisien countryside in Poitou, offers an intimate and welcoming environment, perfectly suited for families. Between the meadows and the rehabilitated agricultural buildings, the companies invest every corner to create moments of magic at a child's level.
The Festival Les P'tites Bananes offers a carefully selected program mixing theater, music, dance, storytelling, and street performances. Regional and national companies take turns on the various stages, offering original creations accessible from a very young age. The 2024 edition notably hosted shows such as Lili à l'infini, Captain Parade, the Trio des Mômes, Ouistitibaba, Barket de Fraises, and Les Bouskidou, confirming the artistic quality of the event.
True to its values of sharing and accessibility, the festival offers very affordable prices with tickets for a few euros and free entry for toddlers. Two-day passes allow families to fully enjoy the entire program. The warm atmosphere, on-site catering, and play areas make it a special time where three generations come together to celebrate living culture in a rural setting.
Supported by passionate volunteers and the local associative network, the Festival Les P'tites Bananes contributes to the cultural dynamism of the Civraisien en Poitou. By programming quality shows in a rural village, it actively participates in cultural decentralization and proves that the most beautiful artistic emotions can also be found far from major cities.
The Festival Les P'tites Bananes returns for its fourth edition on June 12 and 13, 2026, at the hamlet of Le Vignaud in Romagne. Two days of live performances for the whole family in the enchanting setting of La Grange Ouverte.
