A festival of visual arts, crafts, and music in Octeville-sur-Mer
2026
About Festiv'Arts in Octeville-sur-Mer
Every year in early September, Festiv'Arts transforms the Complexe Michel Adam in Octeville-sur-Mer into an open-air art exhibition. Organized by the Reflex association, the event brings together painters, sculptors, photographers, and craftspeople for two days of concerts and performances across nearly 3,400 m².
Established in 2017, the festival blends visual arts, fine crafts, and music—ranging from jazz and gospel to funk and chanson—with fashion shows and street performances closing out each day.
